Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed.

Yes, we offer couples massage sessions in a private room where you and your partner can enjoy a relaxing massage together.

It depends on the service. Most massages are performed with clients undressed to their comfort level, but you’ll always be draped appropriately. For Thai or table stretches, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Many people feel relaxed, lighter, and less tense. Some mild soreness (similar to a workout) is possible, especially after deeper techniques like deep tissue or Gua Sha. Hydrating well helps with recovery.

Deep tissue focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, using slower, firm pressure to release chronic tension and knots.

People with chronic pain, stiff neck/shoulders, or athletes with muscle tension often benefit the most.

Some discomfort can occur as tight areas are released, but we work with your comfort level. It should never feel unbearable.

Ashiatsu is a deep tissue technique where the therapist uses their feet (with the support of overhead bars) to apply broad, even pressure.

It delivers deeper pressure without the sharpness of elbows or thumbs, making it ideal for those who like deep work but want it to feel smooth and flowing

Yes. Therapists are trained to control pressure carefully, and Ashiatsu is safe for most clients except those with certain medical conditions

Gua Sha uses smooth tools to gently “scrape” the skin, promoting circulation, breaking up fascial adhesions, and reducing inflammation.

It can feel intense in tight areas, but it should not be painful. Some temporary redness (petechiae) is common and usually fades within a few days.

Increased mobility, improved blood flow, relief of chronic muscle tension, and reduction in pain from tight fascia.

Heated basalt stones are placed on and used to massage the body, helping muscles relax deeply and relieving tension.

Yes, stones are carefully heated to a safe temperature and monitored throughout the session.

Deep relaxation, improved circulation, reduced muscle stiffness, and stress relief.

A fusion of traditional Thai stretching and compressions performed on a massage table instead of a floor mat.

Increased flexibility, improved mobility, reduced joint stiffness, and deep relaxation.

Wear or bring loose, stretchy clothing (like yoga wear) to allow full range of motion during assisted stretches.
